Refund Policy
Last updated July 28, 2026 · Fire Up LLC d/b/a NY Biennial Filings, 3001 Shore Parkway, Brooklyn, NY 11235
1. Before we transmit your filing — full refund
If you change your mind, or you ordered by mistake, or you decide to file yourself, email us before we transmit your Biennial Statement to the State and we refund 100% of what you paid. No conditions, no explanation needed.
2. After we transmit — the $9 State fee
Once your filing has been transmitted, the $9 New York State fee is not refundable — the State has been paid and does not return it. The remaining service portion of your payment may be refunded at our discretion, and we are reasonable about it. Tell us what happened.
3. If the State rejects your filing
If the rejection is our fault — a transmission error or a mistake we made handling your information — we correct and refile it at our own cost, including any additional State fee. If you would rather not proceed, we refund you in full.
If the rejection is caused by information you supplied — a wrong entity name, wrong DOS ID, or a filing made without authority — we will tell you exactly what the State said and help you correct it. A further $9 State fee may be payable for the corrected filing.
4. Duplicate or accidental payments
Paid twice for the same company, or paid for the wrong one? Email us and we refund the duplicate in full, whether or not the filing has been transmitted.
5. If we cannot file at all
If your entity turns out not to be eligible to file a Biennial Statement, or the State's records make the filing impossible, we refund you in full, including the State fee if it was never paid.
6. How to request a refund
Email connect@fireup-llc.com from the address you ordered with, or message us on Telegram at @fireup_llc, and include your business name. We answer refund requests within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
7. Before you dispute a charge
If something has gone wrong, please contact us first — we would rather fix it or refund you than have you spend time on a card dispute. We answer every message. If you have already opened a dispute, tell us and we will work with your card issuer to resolve it quickly.
