Which one should you pick?
If you know your DOS ID, your exact registered name and which addresses the State currently has, filing yourself for $9 is fine — the form takes about fifteen minutes. If nothing has changed and you would rather not touch the State's portal, $49 as-is is the cheapest hands-off option we know of. If you have moved, changed officers, are not sure what the State has on file, or are past due, $79 full service is the one where we check the record before filing and send you a confirmation you can hand to a bank or lender.
